The APAC Goldfire Solution Architect shall possess the following experience, expertise and skills:
Solution Definition: thru communication with the customer, IHSM sales, and IHSM program manager, map the business process pain points to the potential IHSM solution, design and generate a solution framework. This in a sense will be the execution of requirement analysis/concept design listed below.
Solution Validation: thru communication with the customer, IHSM sales, and IHSM program manager, validate that the solution defined above does address the business process pain points. Validation must have grounds from which the pain points are addressed.
Thru communication with the customer, project manage the development and implementation of the solution.
Able to fully compose a requirement analysis document based on the solution definition above.
Able to fully compose a Detailed Design document based on the solution definition above.
Able to fully code based on the detailed design above, or
Able to project manage a staff of developers thru this phase (development, unit tests)
Able to fully compose a system test plan, with appropriate sign-off criteria, in accordance to the detailed design above.
Able to fully perform systems tests based on the detailed design above, or
Able to project manage a staff of developers/testers thru this phase (ST).
Thru communication with the customer, able to project manage the execution of User Acceptance Tests.
Thru communication with the customer, and thru collaboration with the Program Manager, able to project manage the go-live transition.
Thru communication with the customer, and thru collaboration with the Program Manager, able to plan, coordinate and execute User Adoption workshop programs.
Communicate with internal stakeholders (sales, headquarter product management, R&D, global pre-sales, global consulting, global customer care, others) during any of the elements listed above, to optimize solution proposal, development and implementation.
Experience and skills in planning / implementing / maintaining Windows server applications.
Possesses any of the following programming/coding skills:
