What’s in it for you:

As an analyst on the data integrity team you are supporting the daily work of Ipreo by IHS Markit’s global Research organization.  You are responsible for reviewing, auditing and editing the research team’s daily firm and contact profile updates and ensure they follow Ipreo by IHS Markit’s internal style-, methodology- and quality guidelines.

You will be involved in coaching and supporting the teams and help the Global Data Integrity Team implement, maintain, expand and refine global standards and applications.

The position of the Data Integrity Analyst is a multi-faceted and requires a fine attention to detail and superior verbal and written communications skills as well as an excellent command of English grammar, spelling and punctuation. A background in dealing with financial terminology or a prior exposure to finance and/or capital markets and financial concepts is highly desired.

Ipreo by IHS Markit provides hands-on training in an atmosphere that fosters teamwork and emphasizes client deliverables. The ideal candidate needs to be highly motivated, enthusiastic, engaging, flexible, and show intellectual curiosity.

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with deadlines and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficient in working with speed and accuracy
  • Previous experience in quality assurance (QA), content analysis, auditing, copy-editing or proofreading highly desired
  • Proficiency in time- and task management
  • Professional work ethic with strong interpersonal skills
  • Work independently and in a team
  • Ability to coach and support analysts across Ipreo by IHS Markit’s research locations

Additional Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in proofreading, copy editing and/or content review.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Internet research skills
  • Additional European language skills are advantageous
