The Operational Risk and Regulatory and Compliance (ORRC) team offers a suite of Products that provide solutions for our clients with Tax Validation, Document Exchange and Outreach campaigns that helps manage Counterparty and Vendor risk.  This includes four main product lines Know Your 3rd Party (KY3P), Counterparty Manager (CPM), CTI Tax Solutions (CTI) and Know Your Customer (KYC).

This role is working within the Counterparty Manager customer support organization focused implementations. The global team support a customer base including many of the market leading investment banks and investment management firms.

Duties and Responsibilities – “Your Role”

The client implementation manager will be responsible for overseeing all new and existing client implementations for Counterparty Manager products Request for Amendment and Onboarding Accelerator.

  • Implementation Planning – build custom implementation plans for clients; create and maintain documentation and deliverables to assist clients with transitioning to the software
  • Project Management – manage the implementation process until Go-Live; proactively keep clients engaged and informed; identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks with internal coordination amongst different business functions including Sales, Product, Dev/QA, and Operations.
  • Training – fully understand process flows to deliver training materials and provide demos to Customer and Vendors.

Job Requirements – “About You”

  • 8-10 Years’ Experience
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback via informal discussions as well as quarterly and annual review process
  • Coordinate and lead regular team meetings where appropriate
  • Facilitates the collaboration of ideas and follow-up to recommend the best solutions
  • Manages the team’s pipeline to ensure timely completion implementations
  • Works with direct manager and leadership team to maintain proactive management of client escalations, issues and other items that require special handling
  • Works closely with peers and commercial partners to ensure consistent processes and procedures are being followed
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel
