IHS Markit is seeking an experienced, driven Account Based Marketing Manager, who will report to the Head of Marketing for our currently unreleased digital transformation solution. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs that generate new prospects and advance existing opportunities within specific, targeted accounts and contacts.

This role requires a high degree of integrity, motivation, discipline, energy, persistence, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter who thrives on tackling new challenges with a pragmatic approach.

Duties & Accountabilities 

  • Own the planning, execution, and results for all things Account Based Marketing to our strategic market of ~200 accounts in the US
  • Design & execute 1:1, 1: few marketing initiatives to meet pipeline requirements of varied account segments
  • Build processes and account scoring techniques from the ground up to help us analyze and identify when accounts should be prioritized and be excited to scale this as we grow
  • Analyze campaigns and targets daily and compare A/B test where necessary to ensure strategies have a measurable ROI – be agile and willing to update and change tactics where campaigns fall short of expectations
  • Proactively engage with the sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities and work closely with the team to track lead flow and convert opportunities
  • Be willing to learn and become an expert on our key personas, work with sales to fill in gaps and develop a persona-based strategy for lead conversion
  • Identify opportunities to improve marketing effectiveness through better audience segmentation, marketing techniques, and processes

Education & Experience 

  • 3+ years of B2B demand generation marketing, ideally with a focus on integrated campaigns and ABM for Enterprise SaaS or similar
  • Track record of measurable success in developing and growing pipeline through innovative ABM programs to scale company growth
  • Strong ability to think strategically, analytically, and creatively to break down problems and find effective solutions
  • Familiarity with ABM tools, Salesforce, Google Ads/ Analytics, and reporting skills
  • Hands-on, strong work-ethic and sense of ownership
  • Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment  
  • Passion for building revolutionary technology in partnership with a growing team

  • For work locations in the state of Colorado, the anticipated minimum base salary for this role would be $53,489. Compensation will be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the applicant.
