Client Services Analyst in Sydney - Bulletin Place


Client Services Analyst

IHS Markit Global Regulatory Solutions is looking for a client service orientated individual to join the client services team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in communicating with clients, answering their queries and resolving their issues. Ideally the candidate will have some experience in various different transaction reporting regimes e.g. ASIC, MAS, EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC. The role is client facing and requires a high degree of technical competence.

  • Act as an client account owner understanding their reporting requirements and activity
  • Dealing with customer enquiries and requests and managing them efficiently and in a timely manner until resolution
  • Investigating issues that have been escalated from the support team
  • Helping clients understand how the solution works
  • Involvement in client training either on site visits or via video conference
  • Direct issues to the correct area in a timely manner and ensure follow up and resolution
  • Communicating with clients on updates and future enhancements to the platform
  • Collaborate with our project partners to drive exchange of information and seamless implementation of our solution.
