Managing the BSI membership validation and audit process, ensuring that membership status is captured and communicated.
Validation of membership with BSI for both new and renewals
Inserting letters to renewals notices where customers membership is expiring prior to renewal date, have to do this as invoice and renewal notice could be different pricing and would cause audit issues if not included
Work closely with sales to ensure customers are charged correct pricing
Support Royalty team on a monthly basis in regards to any queries on UK subscriptions of local products
Work with Royalty team to conduct annual audits of membership payments (Previous audits have been done in Bracknell)
Support Sales with signing original paperwork.
Process Advertising orders with confirmation of ad placement in Ad Manager coordinating with sales.
Countersign IHS Ltd agreements received via DocuSign or via hardcopy.
Manage UK Consortium deal orders (eg JISC & CHEST)
Sort returned post/mail resolving issues.
Monitor printer (Problems at the moment with printing – Liaising with Vanguard team)
Provide on the ground support to AR/Sales on invoice/order queries, liaising with other Helpdesks where additional support required.
Sorting and distributing invoices and renewal notices to the postroom to ensure that these are sent to the customers.
Raising of Manual invoices for customers who cannot accept our standard system invoices.
Support the onboarding of future entities onto SAP.
Secondary education or above
Typically one year of experience in related field
Minimum of one year SAP or similar ERP experience preferred
Minimum of one year Salesforce or similar CRM experience preferred
Excellent organization skills
Ability to interact professionally with peers
Reliable and able to work under pressure
Ability to physically perform general office requirements. Must be able to perform essential responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
