Sales Executive- TPRM

This is a Sales position within IHS Markit’s PRC Division specifically driving revenue for the KY3P (Know Your 3rd Party)  business line. This position will reporting into the of Head of America’s Sales but work closely with the Global team across Platforms & Regulatory Compliance.

KY3P enables vendors and third parties to distribute standardised due diligence information to their customers via a centralised platform. We provide control, visibility, efficiency in third party lifecycle management from onboarding and oversight, due diligence and monitoring, and Shared Assessments.

Duties and Responsibilities – “Your Role”

The successful candidate will be a member of the KY3P Sales and Business Development team and will work closely with Product Management, Operations, and Marketing to drive initiatives. The successful candidate will have Supply Chain and Vendor risk management experience in both Financial Services and Corporate accounts.

  • Fluent in vendor risk management, due diligence, and onboarding
  • Fluent in managed services and process solutions
  • Keep abreast of current and changing global regulatory requirements impacting vendor risk management, including cyber, resilience, business continuity, privacy and security, etc.
  • Lead discussions with clients and prospects, including coordinating peer to peer sessions on regulatory obligations, compliance, and best practices.
  • Work closely with Account Management and broader KY3P product and business development team on the commercial development of KY3P.
  • Provide client feedback to the KY3P product management team to help build and shape product roadmap.
  • Development and execution of a sales strategy with an emphasis on increasing revenue within an existing client portfolio
  • Building and maintaining pipeline, developing proposals, structuring agreements, and managing sophisticated relationships
  • Collaborate to cross-sell within the Financial Markets division

Job Requirements – “About You”

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Solution selling and proof of exceeding quota annually each year, ability to manage a complex sales process with $2m plus new revenue targets
  • Knowledge and experience of capital markets, specifically in the Operations space and/or Regulatory solutions.
  • Broad based experience working with/for Tier One Sell-side Institutions at a mid-senior level with exposure to managing complex relationships and/or process’s
  • Must be able to manage senior level meetings and navigate to senior level contacts
